Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, regorafenib and durvalumab, can help people with advanced biliary tract cancer that has stopped responding to chemotherapy. About 40 participants will receive the treatment to see if it shrinks tumors or slows disease progression. The main goals are to check safety and how long the cancer stays under control.
