New shot could stop deadly clots in cancer patients

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, REGN7508, to see if it can prevent dangerous blood clots in people with solid tumors who are receiving cancer treatment. About 860 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to find a safer way to reduce clot risk without increasing serious bleeding.
