Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called REGN20423 for the first time in humans. It will check the drug's safety, how the body handles it, and what dose might work best. The study includes 136 people: healthy volunteers and adults with atopic dermatitis (eczema). Researchers will monitor side effects, drug levels in the blood, and signs of immune response.
