First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called REGN13335 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition that makes it hard for the heart to pump blood to the lungs. About 99 adults with mild to moderate symptoms who are already on standard PAH medications will receive either REGN13335 or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug safely lowers pressure in the lung arteries and improves heart function.
