Summary

This study will follow 200 adults with refractory rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in China. Refractory RA means the disease stays active even after standard treatments. The goal is to understand why some people don't respond to therapy, identify key markers, and find better treatment approaches. Participants will be observed over time to track their disease activity, symptoms, and quality of life.
