Summary
This study looked at whether reformer pilates or standard physiotherapy works better for helping people recover after surgery to lengthen the thigh bone. Thirty men who had the surgery for cosmetic reasons took part. Researchers measured muscle strength, flexibility, joint movement, reaction time, daily living activities, and pain levels to see which approach led to better recovery.
