Summary
This study tested a program called ICC-T that helps teachers learn non-violent ways to discipline students. Over 3,200 students and teachers from primary and secondary schools in Tanzania, Uganda, and Ghana took part. The goal was to see if the program could reduce emotional and physical violence by teachers and improve children's well-being.
