First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at how the skin heals after taking many very small skin samples (micro-biopsies) instead of one large piece. The goal is to reduce pain, infection, and scarring from skin grafts used for burns or injuries. Eight healthy adults having tummy tuck surgery took part, and researchers checked their healing over 8 weeks.
