First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests if playgroups or parent education classes can help toddlers ages 18-36 months develop healthier eating and activity habits. About 300 parent-toddler pairs will be randomly assigned to one of three groups for 10 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in the toddlers' weight, diet, and activity levels to see which approach works best.
