First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether improving coordination between hospital wards and the operating room can shorten waiting times for cataract surgery. About 360 adults scheduled for surgery will have their journey from admission to the operating room tracked. Researchers will identify delays and errors, then implement changes to see if wait times improve.
