VA launches pilot to fight burnout in primary care clinics

Summary
This study tests whether an evidence-based quality improvement program can reduce burnout among VA primary care providers and staff. About 203 participants from 5 clinics will take part. The goal is to see if the program is practical, well-liked, and effective at lowering burnout and turnover.
