VA launches pilot to fight burnout in primary care clinics

Summary
This study aims to reduce burnout among VA primary care providers and staff by using an evidence-based quality improvement approach. About 203 participants from five clinics will help test whether this method is practical and effective. The goal is to improve well-being, job satisfaction, and patient care.
