Summary

This study tests a 12-session psychoeducational program designed to reduce negative stereotypes about older workers and improve job satisfaction. Researchers will recruit 90 employees with at least five years of experience who work with colleagues of different ages. Half will take the full program, the other half a single session, and all will be surveyed before, after, and at a 3-month follow-up.
