First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week health coaching program called Sip & Snack Better can help teens ages 12 to 16 eat less added sugar. About 30 teens and their parents from Philadelphia will take part. The program is compared to a technology-only group. Researchers will also test a new way to measure sugar intake using breath, blood, and hair samples.
