First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests a milder chemotherapy combination (thiotepa and melphalan) given before a stem cell transplant for people with blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia, an advanced and hard-to-treat form of the disease. The goal is to improve survival while reducing serious side effects. About 40 participants will be enrolled to see how well this approach works.
