First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at why head and neck cancer sometimes comes back after radiation treatment. Researchers will collect tissue and blood samples from 20 people who need robotic surgery for their cancer. By comparing the original tumor with the one that returned, they hope to learn how the cancer evolves and becomes resistant to radiation.
