Summary
This study tests a new treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back after initial therapy and cannot be surgically removed. The approach uses a special pattern of low and high dose radiation together with an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1) to shrink tumors, followed by standard radiation. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective. About 23 adults with this type of recurrent cancer will take part.
