First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with rectal cancer that has spread to the liver. It combines short-course radiation, chemotherapy (CAPOX), and an immunotherapy drug (QL1706) that targets two immune checkpoints. The goal is to improve how long the cancer stays under control. About 42 adults aged 18-75 with a specific cancer type (MSS/pMMR) who have not had prior treatment are eligible.
