Summary
This study is testing whether a new, recovery-focused treatment program helps adults with severe mental illness who live in supported housing. It compares 36 people using a special tool called the Mental Health Recovery Star with 36 others receiving standard care. Researchers will measure changes in daily function, stress levels, and quality of life over nine months.
