New study tests virtual class to ease pain after back surgery

Summary

This study tests if a remote class called Empowered Relief helps people manage pain and recover better after lumbar spine surgery. About 100 adults will take either the class or a standard education session after surgery. Researchers will track pain, function, and disability for 6 months to see which approach works best.
