Summary
This study tested a mind-body program called 'Recovering Together after Cardiac Arrest' for survivors and their caregivers. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and helpful for reducing emotional distress. 14 survivor-caregiver pairs participated in a mix of in-person and video sessions. The results will be used to improve the program for future use.
