Summary
This study is testing different treatments to help people with Long COVID who have trouble sleeping. About 470 adults will join, and researchers will use sleep trackers and surveys to see if the treatments improve sleep and reduce daytime tiredness. The goal is to find safe, effective ways to manage sleep issues after COVID-19.
