Summary
This study tests a program called Reconnecting to Internal Sensations for people with eating disorders. The goal is to help them better notice and understand body signals like hunger, fullness, and emotions. About 50 patients from a clinic will take part. The study measures if this training improves awareness of body sensations and reduces eating disorder symptoms.
