Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called REC-4881 in 18 adults aged 55+ with advanced solid tumors that had changes in the AXIN1 or APC genes. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors or slow their growth. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
