First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests if rebound therapy (trampoline exercises) can improve lung function in 40 children with Down syndrome, aged 9 to 13. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the trampoline program or usual care. The main goal is to see if the therapy increases how much air they can forcefully exhale, which is a measure of lung health.
