First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study compares two types of sinus surgery for people with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that keep coming back. One is a newer 'reboot' surgery that removes more diseased tissue, and the other is the standard 'full house' surgery. The goal is to see which one better prevents polyps from returning over two years and improves quality of life. The study will include 40 adults who have not had success with previous treatments.
