Summary
This study compares two types of sinus surgery for people with hard-to-treat chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. One method removes all sinus lining (reboot), while the other opens the sinuses more conservatively. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer polyp returns over two years and improves quality of life.
