First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called rebecsinib in 28 people with secondary acute myeloid leukemia (sAML) that has come back or not responded to treatment, or with higher-risk myelofibrosis. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose by giving the drug as an infusion four times per 28-day cycle for up to 6 cycles. Researchers will monitor side effects and check if the cancer shrinks or goes away.
