Which Follow-Up treatment works best for HER2+ breast cancer? large study aims to find out
NCT ID NCT07540520
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks back at medical records of 2000 women with HER2-positive early breast cancer who still had cancer after initial treatment. Researchers want to see which follow-up drug regimen—trastuzumab plus pertuzumab or T-DM1—leads to better long-term outcomes. The goal is to learn from real-world data to guide future treatment decisions.
