Summary

This study observes 300 adults with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who are receiving a radioactive drug called lutetium-177. Researchers will track how long the treatment controls the cancer and any side effects in everyday medical practice, not in a controlled lab setting. The goal is to understand how well this therapy works outside of clinical trials.
