Summary

This study aims to collect long-term safety and effectiveness data on a procedure that treats high blood pressure by disrupting nerves near the kidneys. It will follow up to 5000 patients from around the world for 1 to 5 years after they receive the procedure as part of their normal care. The goal is to understand how well this treatment works in everyday medical practice outside of a controlled clinical trial.
