Summary

This study aims to see how safe and effective the daily pill abrocitinib is for treating moderate-to-severe eczema in real-world medical practice. It will follow about 180 adults with this chronic skin condition for two years while they take the medication. The goal is to understand how well the drug controls symptoms like itching and skin inflammation over time.
