This study reviewed medical charts of 115 adults in Canada who started taking mavacamten for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM), a condition where the heart muscle thickens and blocks blood flow. Researchers wanted to see how the drug improved symptoms and heart function in everyday practice.
