Summary
This study tests a technology-based program to help women with high blood pressure get their numbers under control before pregnancy. About 350 women aged 18-44 who get care at community health centers will use remote blood pressure monitoring and medication support. The goal is to reduce risks for both mother and baby by optimizing blood pressure ahead of conception.
