Summary

This study tested whether the drug RDX-002 can lower high blood fats (triglycerides) in adults who recently stopped taking popular weight-loss medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide. 68 participants took either RDX-002 or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers measured blood fat levels after a high-fat meal and tracked body weight and cholesterol changes.
