New hope for liver cancer: combo therapy aims to shrink tumors

Summary

This study tests a new drug (RBS2418) added to a standard immunotherapy combination (tremelimumab plus durvalumab) for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the new combo helps control the cancer longer and shrinks tumors. About 220 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
