Summary
This study aims to learn how a group of rare, fatal brain disorders progress over time. Researchers will observe up to 200 people with these conditions to track symptoms and look for biological markers in blood and other samples. The goal is to gather essential information to help design future treatment trials, as there are currently no effective therapies for these diseases.
