Summary
This study tests whether starting four approved kidney disease medicines within 8 weeks is safe and effective for people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. About 64 adults will be randomly assigned to either the rapid-start approach or usual care. Researchers will track kidney function, potassium levels, and how many participants can stay on all four medicines for 6 months.
