Summary
This early-stage study tests a personalized cell therapy (rapcabtagene autoleucel) in 27 adults with difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis or severe Sjögren's disease. The main goal is to check safety and how the therapy behaves in the body. Participants must have failed standard treatments and have active disease. This is not a cure, as ongoing management may still be needed.
