First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to give radiation therapy for stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment is personalized based on how sensitive each person's tumor is to radiation. The goal is to see if this approach helps people live longer and keeps the cancer from growing, compared to standard radiation. About 911 adults with this type of lung cancer will take part.
