Summary
This pilot study tests whether taking oral rapamycin (sirolimus) can help prevent or reduce the severity of infections in 15 adults over 6 months. Participants will have blood tests, heart checks, and questionnaires to monitor safety and effectiveness. Rapamycin is not FDA-approved for this use, and the study focuses on safety and early signs of benefit.
