Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a new cell therapy called RAPA-201 for people with advanced melanoma that has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, specially trained to fight cancer. The study aims to see if this therapy can shrink tumors or slow disease progression in 65 participants.
