Summary
This study examined how daytime fasting during Ramadan influences blood pressure patterns in 150 adults, both with and without high blood pressure. Participants wore monitors to track their blood pressure over 24 hours. The goal was to see if fasting changes blood pressure variability, which could help manage hypertension.
