Summary
This study aimed to understand how the cancer treatment Radium-223 spreads in the bones of men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to bone. Researchers enrolled 46 men and divided them into two groups based on the number of bone tumors. Participants received up to six injections of Radium-223 and underwent special scans to see where the drug traveled in their bones, particularly in areas without tumors.
