New combo therapy targets breast cancer brain metastases in early trial

Summary

This study is for people with a type of breast cancer called HER2-negative that has spread to the brain. It tests whether adding a drug called anlotinib to standard radiation therapy can help control the cancer in the brain for longer. About 39 participants will receive this combination treatment. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
