MRI reveals hidden healing in Crohn's fistulas
NCT ID NCT07152977
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study reviewed medical records of 52 adults with Crohn's disease who had anal fistulas and were treated with biologic drugs. Researchers looked at MRI scans taken at the start of treatment and again after 1 and 3 years to describe how the fistulas changed over time. The goal was to better understand the radiological response, not to test a new treatment.
