New radioactive antibody combo could boost transplant success in tough blood cancers
NCT ID NCT06287944
First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding a radioactive antibody (225Ac-DOTA-daratumumab) to standard chemotherapy and radiation before a donor stem cell transplant is safe and effective for people with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or myelodysplastic syndrome. The antibody targets a protein on cancer cells and delivers radiation directly to them. About 15 participants will receive escalating doses to find the best one with the fewest side effects.
