Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment, pelvic floor muscle exercises, or a combination of both could help women with stress urinary incontinence. 239 women participated and received one of these treatments. Researchers measured improvements in bladder control, muscle strength, and quality of life over one year.
