Summary
This study tests whether adding radiation to immunotherapy before surgery helps people with advanced head and neck cancer. About 36 adults with treatable but advanced cancer will get either immunotherapy alone or with radiation, then have surgery. The goal is to see if the combination leads to fewer cancer cells remaining after treatment.
