Summary
This study tested whether certain health and wellness products can improve sexual health in men. Over 1,200 adult men in the U.S. who wanted better libido or sexual satisfaction took either the product or a placebo pill. The study was double-blind, meaning neither participants nor researchers knew who got what, and measured changes in sexual function, stress, and fatigue.
