First seen Aug 04, 2026 · Last updated Aug 05, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether two dietary supplements can help reduce fatigue in adults aged 40 and older. Participants take the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks, and researchers track changes in fatigue, sleep quality, and cognitive function. The goal is to see if these products offer a real benefit for everyday tiredness.
